Owner & Stylist

Christian Dumais

Christian has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Lasell College. His work experience consists of numerous years in retail management as well as developmental and fundraising operations with the non – profit sector. He is ecstatic when it comes to customer service (do not be surprised if he asks you more than once if you want water or coffee) and strives for a relaxing, harmonious experience and always has a listening ear for all the DruMais clients and staff. Rumor has it he can throw an event or two.

Terri D'anglo

Terri is a stylist who has a love for color. She has studied Aveda, Framesi, Goldwell and Affinage. She has 30 years of experience that includes education classes, shows and countless hours of hands on training. Her expertise is: personal haircuts and up-do’s for functions (proms and weddings) and long hair blow-dry’s. Her passion and love of laughter shows in her work. She also loves to read, cooking and gardening.

Jess John

Jess has been involved in the hair industry for over 20 years working with a prestigious chain of award-winning salons before joining the DruMais team. He has studied Framesi, Wella, and Redken color and loves creative and dramatic styles and special effect coloring. Jess is known for his short and sassy cuts and layering effects for volume and body. He is certified in both Coppola keratin smoothing treatments and Deva Cuts on dry curly hair. Jess is a fitness and horror enthusiast and enjoys boot camps, boxing, Kenpo karate, volleyball and running both street and trail races as well as extreme mud and obstacle races. He is a health nut who can always be found in the gym, the dojo, the movie theater, a roller coaster park or curled up with a good horror book!

Ruth Perlman

Ruth graduated from Toni & Guy Hairdressing Academy several years ago and has worked in the industry ever since. Ruth is very dedicated to making sure her clients love their hair! It is important to Ruth that every client who sits in her chair feels 100% satisfied every time! “The best feeling is when clients become friends” Ruth has a passion for what she does and has a friendly and welcoming personality. Ruth is constantly taking classes to keep up with the latest hair trends. Ruth is also certified in tape in hair extensions. Some of her favorite things to do are balayage and fashion colors, or basically anything color related!

Sue is a dedicated hairstylist with over 20 years of experience. She believes in continuous education and staying up to date on the latest techniques and trends. You will often see Sue mentoring as she enjoys sharing her knowledge with others to help them enhance their skills.

Her goal is to create a welcoming & inclusive space where clients can relax, unwind, and leave her chair feeling confident & refreshed.

She also offers a range of services that are tailored to each client's unique needs.

Tristen Ladden

Tristen has been an Aveda stylist for more then 20 years. Her clients are her passion and she strives to build a trusting and creative relationship with each individual one.

She is a master stylist and preforms all aspects of hair services including, cutting, coloring, permanent waving, hair smoothing, and formal updos. She also has advanced curly hair training and is American wave certified. Her favorite task is hair cutting especially if the hair is curly or a pixie style. She strives to create customized styles that are low maintenance and free flowing.

Outside of work she's a sports enthusiast, baseball being her favorite. She enjoys spending time with her husband and four sons and can often be found with a fishing pole in hand near a body of water or camping in the mountains of New Hampshire and Vermont.

With a passion for creativity and a keen eye for detail, Hank is a talented hairstylist dedicated to enhancing beauty through personalized haircare and styling. With 11 years of experience in the industry, he specializes in coloring, cutting, and amazing blow-dries, ensuring each client leaves feeling heard, appreciated, confident and rejuvenated.

Hank believes that great hair is a reflection of individual personality and lifestyle. He takes the time to understand each client's unique needs, crafting tailored looks that enhance their natural beauty. In addition to hairstyling, Hank is committed to staying up to date with the latest trends and techniques, continually honing his skills through education and workshops.

When not in the salon, Hank enjoys weight training, exploring new culinary experiences, and indulging in horror films and video games. He brings a warm and friendly approach to every appointment, making sure that every client feels valued and understood.

Caitlin is a charismatic stylist with great passion for hair. During her 16 plus years of experience she has styled men, women and children of all ages. Whether she's cutting, coloring, blow drying or styling Caitlin loves her work and has a constant hunger for continuing education in this ever changing industry. Caitlin considers her work art and believes she has the best job in the world. When you help people to feel like the best version of themselves the reward is incredibly fulfilling.

Meagan is a passionate hair stylist with 2 years of experience in the beaty industry. Her journey began with a fascination for transforming hair into vibrant expressions of individuality. Over the years, she has honed her skills, specializing in blonding techniques, balayage, and bold fashion colors. Meagan thrives on creating personalized looks that not only enhance each client's natural beauty but also reflects their unique personality's.

Her commitment is to stay current with the latest trends and techniques so she can ensure her clients receive the best results. She believes a great hairstylist can boost confidence and change how someone feels about themselves. She takes pride in that transformation.

When Meagan isn't working her magic in the salon, she's at home with her amazing wife and two adorable dogs who always bring joy to their lives. Shes also an enthusiastic hockey player, which keeps her active and energized.

Her approach is centered on communication; she loves collaborating with her clients to understand their vison and exceed their expectations. Whether it's a subtle change or a dramatic transformation, she's dedicated to turning your hair dreams into reality.

Certified Massage Therapist & Athletic Trainer

Mieka Davis

Mieka melts muscle tension. She is the owner of Resolution Bodyworks and an independent massage therapist at DruMais'. With over twenty years of experience in the field of athletic training, deep tissue rehabilitation and sports Medicine; Mieka's background in Physical Education allows for sessions to be a learning experience and customized bodywork. She has worked with elite athletes, military, and diverse ages and injury issues. Mieka is an alumni of Bridgewater University, Spa Tech Institute and the US Army Reserves Medical Corps. Her hobbies include Outdoor adventures leading Girl Scouts, community charity work and studying naturopathic healing. Get Energized in Peace with a polarity session, hot stone, Gem stones, therapeutic massage, detoxifying Swedish massage wrap or a customized injury assessment and rehabilitation plan.

Erin McDonald - Stylist

Erin is an experienced, versatile, and energetic hair specialist. She was raised here in Marlborough, where she graduated from Assabet Valley High School, and also earned her Cosmetology license in 2008. Her more than 7 years of experience in the beauty industry has molded her into the talented, detail oriented, fun-loving hair stylist she is today. Erin enjoys all aspects of her job, especially creating a bond between her guests and herself, and treating them like family. She has perfected modern haircuts for men and woman of all ages. She is patient and carefree, with a complete level of comfort with children, as she also worked previously as a preschool teacher. She is very attentive, a great listener, and will fulfill your beauty requests, (including facial waxes) as you sit comfortably in her chair. "Family is super important to me, which includes my clientele. I love making people feel beautiful and confident. To see my client leave with a smile is my ultimate goal."
